My family and I were trying to figure out what to do for dinner, I suggested we cook the steaks that we had in the fridge. My daughter said she wanted croissants. My husband said lets make little steak and cheese sliders and thats how we came up with that nights recipe. It’s simple and delicious. My daughter loved every bite of it. Let me know if you give it a try and happy cooking!
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Open two tubes of crescent rolls (or 16 rolls) and lay them flat on a large baking sheet.
- Take 2 large ribeye steaks and slice into thin strips.
- Place strips in a bowl and add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp Buttery steakhouse seasoning.

5. Heat a pan over medium high heat and add steak. Cook until mostly cooked (some pink is okay, it will finish cooking in the oven)

6. Once steak is done cooking add two strips to each crescent roll on the longer side.

7. Add 1 Tbsp cheese on top of the steak in each roll.
8. Roll the triangles starting with the longer side. (Some cheese may fall out)

9. Place rolls in the oven for 16-18 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
10. Once rolls are done cooking, remove from oven and let cool.
11. Serve and enjoy!
