Jump to Recipe- To a bowl add two spicy pepperjack laughing cow cheese wedges. Soften in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
2. Open and drain 2 cans of tuna and add to the bowl.
3. Add 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.

4. Take 2 slices sourdough bread and toast until golden brown.
5. Divide your tuna mixture between your slices of toast and top with sliced pepperjack.

6. Add to a pan and place in a toaster oven, heat until cheese is fully melted. If you don’t have a toaster oven you can place them in the oven and broil until the cheese is melted.

7. Remove from oven and enjoy!

Ingredients
2- slices sourdough bread
2- cans tuna
2- laughing cow spicy pepperjack cheese wedges
2- slices pepperjack cheese
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the laughing cow cheese wedges and heat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or until softened.
- Open and drain your cans of tuna, and add them to the bowl with the cheese.
- Add in the mustard mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Toast your bread and divide the tuna mixture between each slice.
- Top the tuna with your pepperjack cheese.
- Add to a try and place in a toaster oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Or you can put it in the oven and broil until cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
