Jump to Recipe- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl sift together 1.5 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt, set aside.
- To a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment add 1/2 cup butter (softened), 1/2 cup light brown sugar, and 6 Tbsps granulated sugar. Cream together on medium speed until smooth.
- To your stand mixer add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 large egg, mix until fully combined.
- Slowly add in your flour mixture on a low speed until fully incorporated, do not over mix.
- Fold in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup mini m&m’s to your mixture.
- Use a small ice cream scooper to portion out your cookies on your baking sheets.
- bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges start to brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini m&m’s

- Slowly add in your flour mixture until just incorporated, do not over mix.
- Once everything is well incorporated fold in your chocolate chips and m&m’s.
- Use a small ice cream scoop to portion out your cookies on the baking pans.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until edges are browned.
