Jump to Recipe- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a small pan over medium heat and dice 1 small white onion. Add diced onion to pan and cook until softened, set aside.
- In a small bowl combine 1 cup italian style breadcrumbs and 3/4 cup milk, set aside.
- In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine 1 pound ground beef, 1 large egg, 1/5 tsps buttery steakhouse blend, 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsps ketchup, breadcrumb mixture, and sauted onions.
- Mix together with a gloved hand or wooden spoon until everything is well combined.
- Dump mixture into your loaf pan.

8. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven and top with ketchup mixture. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F
9. Remove from oven and let cool.

10. Serve along side mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetables. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a small pan over medium heat saute diced onion until softened, set aside.
- In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs and milk, mix well and set aside to let it absorb.
- In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsps ketchup and 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine ground beef, egg, 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, breadcrumb mixture, steakhouse seasoning, and remaining ketchup. Mix with a gloved hand or a wooden spoon until everything is well combined.
- Dump your mixture into the loaf pan and press down.
- Bake meatloaf for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and top with ketchup mixture. Return to oven and let bake for 15-20 more minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
