  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a small pan over medium heat and dice 1 small white onion. Add diced onion to pan and cook until softened, set aside.
  3. In a small bowl combine 1 cup italian style breadcrumbs and 3/4 cup milk, set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl combine 1 pound ground beef, 1 large egg, 1/5 tsps buttery steakhouse blend, 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsps ketchup, breadcrumb mixture, and sauted onions.
  6. Mix together with a gloved hand or wooden spoon until everything is well combined.
  7. Dump mixture into your loaf pan.

8. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven and top with ketchup mixture. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F

9. Remove from oven and let cool.

10. Serve along side mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 cup italian style breadcrumbs

  • 1/3 cup ketchup, divided

  • 1.5 tsp buttery steakhouse blend

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 small white onion, diced

  • 4 tsp worcestershire sauce, divided

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a small pan over medium heat saute diced onion until softened, set aside.
  • In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs and milk, mix well and set aside to let it absorb.
  • In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsps ketchup and 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, set aside.
  • In a medium bowl combine ground beef, egg, 2 tsps worcestershire sauce, breadcrumb mixture, steakhouse seasoning, and remaining ketchup. Mix with a gloved hand or a wooden spoon until everything is well combined.
  • Dump your mixture into the loaf pan and press down.
  • Bake meatloaf for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and top with ketchup mixture. Return to oven and let bake for 15-20 more minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Serve and enjoy!
