Jump to Recipe- In a pan over medium heat add 2 pounds of ground. Cook breaking up into smaller pieces until no longer pink. Around 10 minutes.
- Once meat is cooked add 3-4 Tbsps taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Mix together and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Take 8 of your tortillas, put a tostada and place it on top and cut out circles in the tortillas the size of the tostada. Set aside.
- In a medium pan over medium low heat heat your full size tortillas for 20 seconds per side.
- Next layer in your ingredients starting with your ground beef, 2 Tbsps cheese sauce, 1 tostada, 1-2 Tbsps sour cream, 3 cherry tomatoes (quartered), shredded iceberg lettuce and cut out tortilla circle.

6. Fold around the entire outer edge of the crunchwrap.
7. Place crunchwrap folded side down in your pan so it can seal together, around 1 minute.
8. Flip your crunchwrap and heat for an additional 1 minute.
9. Remove from heat and serve.
10. Enjoy!

Ingredients
16 large flour tortillas
8 tostadas
8 Tbsps sour cream
24 cherry tomatoes
Shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup cheese sauce
32 ounces ground beef
4 Tbsps taco seasoning
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat add ground beef and cook breaking up into small pieces.
- Once ground beef is fully cooked add in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- To 8 of the tortillas place a tostada on it and cut around the tostada, set aside.
- Heat each full tortilla in a pan over medium low heat for 20 seconds per side.
- Add one serving of ground beef to each tortilla, top with 2 Tbsps cheese sauce, 1 tostada, 1 Tbsp sour cream, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Top with the cut out circles of tortilla.
- Fold tortilla all the way around and place seam side down into a warm pan and let cook for 1 minute so the tortilla can seal itself. Then flip and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve.
