  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook 16 ounces of pasta according to the box directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. To your noodles add 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, 10 ounces canned tuna, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix until everything is well combined and add to the bottom of your baking dish.

4. Melt 1 Tbsp butter and add to a bowl with 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, mix until well combined.

5. Add breadcrumbs to the top of your casserole.

6. Bake for 20 minutes or until casserole is heated through and top is starting to brown.

7. Remove from oven and let cool.

8. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta (or any short pasta)

  • 12 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables

  • 10 ounces canned tuna

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish
  • Boil noodles according to box directions, drain and set aside.
  • To your cooked noodles add vegetables, tuna, cream of mushroom, milk and shredded cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Add mixture to the bottom of your baking dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together your melted butter and panko breadcrumbs, add to the top of your casserole.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until casserole is heated through and top is starting to brown.
  • Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
